Don’t have a logo or having a special event and need a custom logo?
Not a problem. Our professional graphic designer is able to create a design for you free of cost when placing an order!!! Yes, that’s right, FREE!
What if I only have a hard copy version of the logo?
As long as you don’t mind handing it over for a short time so we are able to retrieve the image that’s fine.
I have to get something made asap. Help?
Just let us know when you need it by. Generally, for local orders you will have your order within two weeks. If you need it earlier we will do our very best to get it to you and push it through quicker. There will be no extra charge other than if there are additional courier costs.
I have seen a product that I would like to put a logo on but I am not sure if it is possible?
In most cases there is NOTHING we cannot get custom made. It is better in these cases to get it done offshore so best to give yourself plenty of time to get it right and much cheaper.
I have a quote that is cheaper than Roxy’s? Will you match it?
It’s not possible. Ok, being realistic if you do get a quote that is better than ours not only will we match it but we will beat it by 10%! Just show us a copy of the other quote and we will be happy to help!
Do you have minimum order quantities?
NO WAY! No job is too big or too small! In saying that, it does work out cheaper to buy more but we do understand this is not always practical.
Will I get discounts for large purchases and what loyalty programs do you have?

We have a NO sending catalogues policy!!! There is nothing worse than asking for a polo shirt and getting sent a catalogue with a 100 options for you to rifle through. We will narrow down the selection for you and match your needs!!! It’s about taking the work out it for you not making more work!
